Adriamycin Model (ADR)
Our Adriamycin model is widely used as a chronic kidney disease model. The Adriamycin model can be used to assess both glomerular and renal disorders, such as urinary albumin, unlike the UUO model (a renal fibrosis model).

Compared to normal mice, the ADR model shows increased mesangial substrate.
