Enhance Research with Our Updated Model Lineup

We are introducing new disease models to our portfolio of preclinical mouse models. Our extensive lineup offers comprehensive support for your research.

The new models in our lineup:

  • Obesity type MASH/NASH-HCC; GAN diet model

The GAN diet model is a frequently used model for studies on obesity type MASH. We included this model in our portfolio as addition to our proprietary lean type MASH model (STAM), to cover studies for a broader spectrum of MASH patients in the clinic.

  • Cirrhosis; Western diet + CCl4-induced liver fibrosis model

The Western diet + CCl4-induced liver fibrosis model has steatosis as a background disease, differentiating it from the CCl4 model. This makes it possible to evaluate the anti-fibrosis effects of drugs targeting steatosis.

  • Polymyositis; myosin-induced polymyositis model

Mouse models of polymyositis are essential experimental tools that mimic the autoimmune muscle inflammation seen in human polymyositis, enabling researchers to study disease mechanisms and test potential therapies.

If you need further information, we can also introduce our models through online meetings. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or would like to request more information.
