In this paper, they report the results of a pharmacology study of a A3 adenosine receptor agonist prodrug (MRS7476) using the STAM^TM mouse model.

As an A3 adenosine receptor agonist, Can-fite's Namodenson has proviously conducted a drug efficacy evaluation study using the STAM^TM mouse model (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31638172/).
Namodenson is currently undergoing clinical trials for NASH patients. The A3 adenosine receptor is expected to become an attractive molecular target for NASH drugs in the future.
