We introduce the 3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydrocollidine (DDC)-induced liver injury model*, a well-known model of cholestatic liver disease and a new model we have started offering our services as.

Using the DDC-induced liver injury model, cholangitis and liver fibrosis can be assessed as follows.

As well as the DDC-induced liver injury model described above, we have also Concanavalin A and D-gal/LPS-induced acute hepatitis models, and NASH mouse models of the liver disease model mouse.
