We would like to introduce the versatility of our proprietary NASH-HCC model (“STAM™ mice”).

We have provided a wide range of studies using STAM™ mice for many companies and universities.

STAM™ mice offer the following characteristics.

1. We can offer both preventive and therapeutic studies for multiple diseases such as steatosis, inflammation, fibrosis and HCC.
2. STAM™ mice can be prepared in short time from birth to onset of symptoms (steatosis: 5-6 wks, inflammation: 7-8 wks, fibrosis: 9-12 wks and HCC: 16-20 wks).

Please find the figure which is a profile of compounds that have progressed to phase 2 or 3 trials using data generated in STAM™ model. These compounds were classified by targeting signal pathway.

We have conducted studies for the evaluation of not only inflammatory and fibrotic pathways, but also the lipogenesis and tumorgenesis pathways, as well as others.

We believe that a pharmacological study using this model could help you progress with the research and development of your compound.
