We would like to introduce the acquisition of RNA sequencing data from STAM^TM mice which we hope to utilize to offer our clients high value proposals.

The STAM^TM mouse is used as a NASH-HCC model that shows similar pathology to human NASH (fatty liver → NASH → liver fibrosis → HCC), and has been chosen to support the research of many companies and institutes.

We are excited to announce that we have recently obtained RNA sequencing data using STAM^TM mice. Until now, we have regrettably not been able to answer all the requests from clients regarding the expression of target molecules. However now, utilizing the latest expression data in this model, we are able to better propose suitable analysis items considering client targets.
