One of our clients FDA-National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) has published the results of a study using STAM^TM model on Frontiers in Genetics.

Title: “Gene Expression and DNA Methylation Alterations During Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis-Associated Liver Carcinogenesis”

By using STAM^TM model (NASH-HCC model), they demonstrated that NASH-related HCC is characterized by progressive accumulation of gene expression and gene-specific DNA methylation changes, with the greatest magnitude being found in full-fledged HCC.
